Managing Event Deliveries
Booked around your venue’s rules
Most venues give exhibitors a set time to unload and limit how long a vehicle can stay. Tell us your hall, stand number and loading slot when you book, along with any vehicle passes or booking references the venue needs. We’ll plan the job around them, so the driver arrives on time with the right paperwork.
For larger events, we can schedule a series of deliveries across the build-up days, so items arrive in the order you need them.

Exhibiting abroad? We can send your stand and materials by road across Europe or by air worldwide, help you prepare the customs paperwork, and bring everything back afterwards.
