By express air, most European cities can be reached the next day, and worldwide delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. On-board courier can be faster for urgent items.
Do you deliver to the EU?
Yes, by express air or road freight across Europe. Since Brexit, shipments to the EU need customs paperwork, and we’ll help you prepare it.
What paperwork do I need?
For goods, you’ll usually need a commercial invoice showing what’s being sent, its value and where it was made. Documents with no commercial value are simpler. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed when you book.
Can you collect from abroad and deliver to the UK?
Yes. We arrange collections overseas and deliver into the UK, as well as sending from the UK.
Is there anything you can’t send?
Some items are restricted in certain countries, such as some foods, plants, medicines, liquids and batteries. Check with us before booking and we’ll confirm.
